We recently teamed up with A-Train Marketing for a City of Fort Collins project and wanted to share a bit about the project and our partnerships.
This project with A-Train and the city is a great example of partnering with Rocket. The Healthy Homes department within the City of Fort Collins is working on a new initiative that will allow area residents to do a self-paced assessment of their homes to promote education and healthy living conditions in residents across the city. The project focuses on a new interactive mobile-targeted web application, and the city selected A-Train for the project. A-Train will be handling the overall project including design and user interface. They reached out us, a long time technology partner, to help with the app development portion of the project.
Rocket Jones has worked with the city for many years (we built the utilities website and the Transfort site among many other projects), so we were happy to work with them again. We’ve also worked with A-Train on a number of projects over the years, so the project was a great fit all around. On this particular project, A-Train is taking the lead on project research and design, and we are writing the code, testing, and launching the app.
One of the things we enjoy most about partnering with other local businesses is that it allows both of us to focus on what we do best. Through partnerships, we can each offer more services than we otherwise could. Rocket Jones can focus on stellar web and mobile app development and programming, and we can partner with expert designers and marketing companies or IT firms for the necessary services we don’t provide.
So stay tuned for the release of the Healthy Homes app coming soon, and in the meantime, if you’d like to know more about partnering with Rocket, click here.
