Nothing is quite as panic-inducing as broken software. When something doesn’t work right, or you get an error message, you need help quickly. Tyler Goll is Rocket Jones’ Support Specialist. He’s been at Rocket for eight years, and he’s solved a long, long list of problems. He’s got technical knowledge, patience, and a great phone voice. Tyler also does QA testing during the development process, and he works with the developers to solve early errors. This gives him a connection to and experience with each project, so when you call Rocket Jones for support, you know you’re getting personal, expert help.  In this video, Tyler shares his favorite parts of helping customers and solving problems.
